Could you please advise why we are using 1H blank for those in the PT ineligible class? Could we code all of them as 2B since by definition of their class, they are part time? What about those with a 1H blank that are in eligible classes such as Syed Abbas, Mojahid Ahmed, etc.?

System will assign code as 2B in case of only employee has offer and employee is part time. And in case of 2B code is needed, let us know by correction sheet.
What about those with a 1H blank that are in eligible classes such as Syed Abbas, Mojahid Ahmed, etc.? Syed Abbas: The employee is not eligible for whole month for any ACA plans in Aug & Sept month (Eligible till 08/14/2017 only). Hence 1H blank codes reflected for those months. Mojahid Ahmed: The employee is not eligible for whole month for any ACA plans in Sept month (Eligible from only 09/28/2017).Hence 1H,BLANK code is reflected for the month of Sept in 1095 C.

Hi all - this client would like the forms in the attached removed from their run. Can we do this by social? If so, please do so by the attached list and re-run the form. Same password convention. Thanks!

Hi all - could you please see why Eduardo Tanaka is not showing under Part III? I changed the settings to self-insured and re-ran the forms but his form is not right (the Broker is saying there are quite a few that are not showing correctly). Also, when you review and re-run the forms, the client wants them all to have the Corrected box checked.

Eduardo Tanaka is enrolled in a plan that is not self insured. Please refer attached screenshots.
Self insured flag need to marked of EPO plan to generate Part III of this employee. Also if the forms need to have corrected marked, please change the Form status of the 1095 report to corrected, leave the IRS submission details blank and re-run the forms.
As per call discussion with Abhay and Nagini, Dev team will not do any customization changes.

All I checked and double-checked the self-insured component and it was checked for all plans except the Comprehensive Plan (that was the first thing I checked before I sent in the inquiry). I just checked it again and it is definitely checked. I'm attaching a screenshot. I'll re-run the forms but if it still does not show, I really need someone to look into this TODAY as we have to get these out to the mailhouse. I can't wait until tonight.

All - I just re-ran the forms with the EPO checked (as it was yesterday since I didn't make any changes) and it is still not showing Tanaka. I need someone to look into this ASAP please as I have to get these to the printer today.

Please see the attached above 2 imagse to JIRA. This company has two Medical benefit types, Ramya is asking for Medical plan Benefit Type as Jennifer is viewing the Medical Benefit Type.
This may be happen because majority of companies there is only one Medical benefit Type but this company has 2 medical benefit types .
This employee is enroll in [Medical plan] benefit [EPO] plan and this plan is not marked as self insured so system is not populating Part III of this employee.
I have just marked EPO as self insured and rerun this 1095c. this solved the problem. Please let me know if anything is required from our side.

[ For the record - there are two benefit types with similar names "Medical" and "Medical Plan". The problem, as pointed by [~ramya.tantry] was in "Medical Plan" and not in "Medical" as Jenn thought. Thanks [~nandkumar] for pointing that out and setting it right.

All - there are still issues with this group. I just marked the other plan under Medical Plan as self insured but it didn't fix my issue. It seems that there are forms that are missing from the run (over 300) or are missing on Part III. Examples -
Tarek Baghdadi, FT and enrolled in November & December
Nazia Khan, enrolled in the EPO for January

From your last comment, below is our understanding of issues:
1. It seems that there are forms that are missing from the run (over 300) :- Examples: Tarek Baghdadi, FT and enrolled in November & December,Nazia Khan, enrolled in the EPO for January
2. missing on Part III. : - Examples: Not provided
Answer for point 1. :-
As per your comment dated 28th Feb,(click here to redirect to that comment), some 464 SSN's were provided in an excel sheet to remove them from the run. We have removed these employees from the run from back-end so that these employees do not come in any run.
The Employees Tarek Baghdadi , Nazia Khan's SSN were present in the excel sheet provided and hence they were removed from the run.
As mentioned in your last comment that over 300 forms are less, we have removed the employee removal condition and re-run the forms. Please refer latest run dated '3/8/2018 11:20:30 PM' for verification.
We have verified that Tarek Baghdadi , Nazia Khan are present in latest run.
Answer for point 2 :- We cannot verify this in latest run as example employees are not provided.
However,we have audited all employees who have 2C in the latest run and Part III is not marked and there are 26 employees whose Part III is not marked. All these 26 employees are enrolled in plan "Comprehensive Basic" which is not self insured.Hence their part III is not marked.

We've had some issues with this clients in regards to their coverages and who to include in the run.
At this point, I need to start from the beginning and I'm really hoping you all can do this tonight so I can make sure to get them filed tomorrow.
The employees that need to be included in this run are those that are in FT class under Class 4 Type. We also need to include those individuals that are in PT eligible under Class 4 as well as PT ineligible under Class 4 but ONLY if they were enrolled in benefits at any point in 2017. If those within a PT class (either eligible or ineligible) were only enrolled for part of the year, for the months in which they were employed and not enrolled, we need to make sure we are showing a 2B code in line 16 rather than a blank.
Any corrections that we uploaded previously or any corrections that were done from the backend need to be removed for this run.
Please remember there is a Medical and a Medical Plan benefit type for this group that need to be checked for enrollments in the PT classes.
I will check in first thing in the morning to see if you have any questions (6 AM PST my time).

Please also finalize the run, run the 1094C, finalize it and run the IRS submission. I just want to make sure nothing causes it to err out as I won't be getting to that stage until after your work day is over.

We have created a new rule named "PT Ineligible rule" for the set of employees that need to be included in the run.
The new rule specifies the report to include all employees satisfying following conditions :
PT eligible and PT ineligible class and enrolled in Medicals plans(both benefit type) selected on 1095C report
FT class
All employees who got 1H/Blank were replaced with 1H/2B.
Also we have removed all correction data of previous runs.So in-case if you want to do any correction to the fresh run,you can add the correction and re-run the report with apply user correction flag as yes.
We have verified that IRS submission for year 2017 was not yet created,so we have removed the form status(earlier set to corrected) in latest 1095C run as the submission will be original.IRS will reject original submission with corrected records.
There are total 2409 employees in fresh 1095C run. Please refer latest 1095C run for verification.
Also we have re-run 1094C report and created IRS submission report for 2017 named "IRS Submission for Hallmark".

We asked that “If those within a PT class (either eligible or ineligible) were only enrolled for part of the year, for the months in which they were employed and not enrolled, we need to make sure we are showing a 2B code in line 16 rather than a blank” but it looks like everyone who had a 1H/blank were changed to a 1H/2B including those in a FT class (which shouldn’t have happened).
Could someone look into this ASAP? I have to file them today as I don't have any more time.

Hi all - sorry ... I think the run is good. The analysis shows them being in FT status but it looks like they are currently in FT status but not during the month in which they are receiving the 2B. It would be helpful if in the future, if we can, to show their classes on the analysis as they were in that month to avoid this type of confusion.
