            PFA QA verification sheet.

            Observation: MEC indicator is marked as 'NO' for all 12 months.

            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

            We have imported code correction for optimum.
            We have rerun the 'OPTIMUM 1095c Report' by setting 'Apply User Correction' flag to 'YES'.
            Please refer latest run '2/21/2018 3:37:30 AM' to download.

            Tested scenarios/ observations are as follows

            1.MEC indicator is marked as 'NO' for all 12 months.
            2.Checked all Valid codes are reflecting on report.
            3.Discrepancy Report displayed discrepancy in Street Address 1 and State of few employees.

            Verified sample of below mentioned employees after code correction
