This employee when through number of class changes in the months March and May which affected his offer eligibility for these months.Due to this,he was getting multiple sub-rates for single plan which resulted in double cost.We re-run the eligibility and the forms.

Hi all - there are a couple of employees that have been termed 12.31.16 but are still showing in the latest run (Kim Grubbs, William Brown are examples). Could you please look into this and advise?

Both these employees were termed on 01/12/2017.Their status change date is 01/12/2017. However, looking at their history their data got changed effective 12/31/2016.But Status change date remained same.i.e 01/12/2017.
For ACA,these employees termed in Jan and so they got 1095C form as system considers status change date for termination.
As per the data in system, the codes are correct.
*Note *: We are analyzing this issue as this may be system issue. Ideally we think that if any change is done from previous date i.e 12/31/2016,then status change date should also get updated by that date. In case, if issue is found, we will raise this issue to EDS team and update you on the same.
For now,if required, please do 1095C correction of these employees.

All this is definitely a system issue - if I terminated someone in March 2018 but I term them back to 12.31.2017, they were never an employee for 2018 and should not get a form. Please look into this further. I did change them to 1H / 2A and they were removed from the latest run.

added a comment - Hi all - question on the SSN as well. We've gotten a couple requests to have the socials masked on the forms. Is that a possibility?
We have made changes from backend in 1095C processing to mask SSN for forms, but not for IRS submission. For IRS submission,if this run is used, then whole SSN will be visible. But for employees,SSN will be masked on forms.
Masked SSN forms can be provided to employees but while submitting to IRS SSN should not be masked. Please refer latest run for forms with Masked SSN.
Please let us know, which all companies request for masked SSN so that we can consider this for learning and can be implemented for next year.
