            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

            We have rerun '1095C Liberty Hospital LIB' report.
            Please refer latest run '2/1/2018 10:48:58 PM' to download files.

            Below are the test cases executed on report which are as follows.
            1.Verified whether all Valid codes are reflecting on report.
            2.Verified MECIndicator is marked as 'Yes' for all 12 months.

            Observation: We found one discrepancy in data analysis report for Member SSN.
