added a comment - We have added the note in our learning and will work on it on development approval after ACA Execution. Hi all - I changed the word Employee to Associate on the cover letter and when I attempted to save, it is giving me an error on the software IDs and will not let me continue.
Hi Jennifer Leugers,
The software id's validation was throwing due to incorrect total of digits and alphabet.
We updated the software ids as provide by Chimane in WT-12934. One zero was missing.
However, we have now updated the correct format of software id's on all production companies.
You can now save the cover letter changes.We have changed the word Employee to Associate in cover letter.
Request you to confirm the same.
