Hi Jennifer Leugers,
Part time for whole range was showing Yes because for some employees because as per their data in system, they were hired and terminated in the same month,or were rehired. So while we are processing monthly stable working hours data,we get result only for the month they where in the company.
For e.g :- if an employee is hired and terminated in the month of November, then working hours is calculated only for Nov month and part time for whole month flag logic is applied on this data set.
So Part time for whole month range comes up as yes.
Note:- To make analysis report more effective in terms of showing information,we think that if an employee is getting 1H/2A code,we would show his employee status as "Not employed", instead of part time/full time. Means if an employee is termed in Sept, then after Sept month, his eligibility stays would show "Not employed" instead of part time. We feel that some of the terms are creating confusion.Let us know your views on this.
For Employee "Emma Evans" :-She was an terminated employee. Her effective date changed to 12/20/2017 along with her status as Active. But her Rehire date was not updated in the system. So she will not get 2D. As her effective date is from 12/20/2017,she does not have any offer for the whole month of December for other codes to appear.Hence she is treated as not employed for the whole month for Dec.
Please add Re-hire date for this employee or codes can be changed through correction.
