            This group has been re-run. Please find the below run details for verification.

            CONCERN: Six employees are not found in the earlier run.

            CAUSE: There are found unused EIN classes mapping.

            CORRECTION: Should have EINs which are meant for 1095 C Report run in ACA Customization-EIN Classes mapping.
            We have modified the code to include unused eins employees in the run as well as ensured to refer safe harbor cost which is configured under ACA Parameters i.e. 9.69 instead of hard coded as 9.5 & run the report.

            Ensured the below employees are exist in the latest run.

            Ghassemieh, Golbou – Enrolled in Kaiser 7/1/2017
            Hermes, Sean – waived medical 7/1/2017
            Iniguez, Maria – enrolled in Kaiser 7/1/2017
