            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

This group has been run. Please refer latest run dated "12/4/2017 9:45:36 PM" for verification.

            Observation:
Last year, this group had 1H-2E (Multi-employer)codes set for some of the employee group.
While running this year report,1H-2E codes did not come for any of the employees.
Also you can see from analysis report -> Code analytics sheet that MEC indicator for all the months is coming up as NO. Can you please confirm this.

In case 1H-2E is to be furnished, Please go to ACA Customization tile -> ACA 1095C Class Wise Configuration tab.
Enter From date as '01/01/2017' ,To date as '12/31/2017' and enter the line 14 and line 16 code. Select the eligibility rule containing the employee for which 1H-2E is to be furnished and save this customization.

1095C report need to be re-run with apply class wise configuration flag as yes.
Please assign this jira back,in case report need to be re-run.

Hi all - I'm not 100% sure on what I need to do with this group but we did just receive the attached Excel spreadsheet which defines which groups are offered SBM benefits, which are offered Union benefits but still need to be tracked and which should be eliminated. As we are short on time due to the holiday, I'm hoping you can assist with the customization and run the forms tonight. The password on the file is Aca2017!

Attached please find the Union Code list with comments under each tab. Please remember that ALL union codes need to be tracked for ACA. However, some of the Union codes are offered Union Benefits others are offered SBM Benefits. I have noted which benefits are applicable on the Union codes to review tab.

            Hi Jennifer Leugers.

We have created a new Generic Eligibility Rule ( Rule_272_addedBenefits ) in which we have added all the Class 2 mentioned under Union Codes review tab (excluded which were marked as green - NUNHRLY & PRSLSRY ). Also we have created a new Rule ( Union Coverage Rule-2017 ) for Union Coverage offered employees and have created Class wise configuration under ACA Customization with codes 1H/2E.
We have run the report by selecting the rule "Rule_272_addedBenefits" as Generic Eligibility Rule for the report.
Please download latest run "12/21/2017 12:46:17 AM" for verification.

Since this is such a big group, I don't want to consolidate them just for a sample since the forms have not been approved. Is there a way you can give me a PDF of the cover letter with the address box so they can order their envelopes?

Hi all - the client is questioning why employee Connie Arana does not have the 2C on line 16 as they were enrolled in the MEC plan. I figured it was because we don't have the MEC plan set up as an ACA minimum value, minimum standard plan. Here is what the client said -

These plans do not meet minimum value but are not required to in order for the employee to have the minimum coverage standard. These plans do meet the minimum coverage standard. Minimum value and affordability apply to the employer mandate.

How should we set this up in the system?

            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

Since MEC plan were marked as ACA, employee eligibility needs to be processed again to check the offers for employee.
Since in last run,it was not marked,We have re-run the report with process eligibility.
Also process eligibility takes time(almost 1 hour) as this company has large number of employees and some of the generic eligibility rules are also complex.Currently we have locked the eligibility i.e even if you run the report, eligibility will be skipped.
Usually, eligibility need not be run if there are no ACA customization or Employee data changes.

However,we have re-run the forms and have uploaded Analytics report,Comparison report and Zip file on FTP.

HI all - one last change (I hope). The client wanted us to remove the Part Time MEC plans so I've done that. I'm expecting those individuals that were enrolled in those plans to now show a 1H/2B (such as Veronica Acosta for January). Please re-run and confirm the above tonight if at all possible. Thanks!

            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

Even if those are removed, employees will not get 1H/2B for following reasons:-
            1. Employees are full time by default.
            2. Employees are eligible for the plan "MEC Preventative + Limited Medical Buy Up Union GF" from 01/01/2017-12/31/2017.
So this plan gives 1F code.

Since you are expecting 1H/2B because, they are part time, but as per data in system, there is no pointer in the system to consider it as part time. Please provide us a pointer on how to consider part time employees so that we can apply some logic from back-end or provide us with correction sheet, which can be imported.

However,we have re-run the employee eligibility and report and have uploaded Analytics report,Comparison report and Zip file on FTP.

            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

As per your attached screenshot of class3,we made assumption that class3 is the decided factor for Part time.
Hence we made a class wise rule, selecting only part-time of Class 3. Please refer attached screenshot.

For this Part Time class wise rule,we provided codes as 1H-2B. So 1F/1H codes will be over-written by 1H-2B.
We have re-run the report after making these changes.
We have verified some of the employees:
            1.VERONICA ACOSTA - 1H-2B for Jan-Feb
            2. LAVERN ADAMS - 1H-2B for March
            3. LINDA ALLEN - 1H/2B for Jun-Sept

We have uploaded Analytics report,Comparison report and Zip file on FTP.
            URL:https://ftpsecure.ebsbenefits.com
            Path:/users/workterraaca/_Tax Year 2017/SBM/Feb 19 2018

For Comparison report, Run 1 is the previous run and Run 2 is the latest run.

In-case if any of the class 3 is to be considered as part time other than the checked, then report need to be re-run again. Please let us know if this satisfies client's request.

Hi all - the client has approved their forms and I've finalized in WT. Due to their size, could you please run their consolidated forms and put them onto the FTP site? Would be great if it could be done tonight. Thank you!
