We are in-progress for re-run of this group. Meanwhile, we found out that the total employee count for this run is about 140,502 and in previous run it was 4755. As there is change in the Eligibility Rule for the report, can you please confirm if this employee count is expected.
Note - As the employee count is huge it would require more time to process the report.

We have changed the Eligibility rule EB for 1095C by adding additional criteria for considering Employees those in AS1 under Class 3 that are also in KBW under Class 2 (not all those in AS1).

Below are the test cases executed on reports are as follows

1.Verified whether all Valid codes are reflecting on report.
2.Verified MECIndicator is marked as 'Yes' for all 12 months.
3.We have verified below mentioned sample employees.
1.Bobby Adkins
2.Beatriz Alarcon

Note: We found descripancy for few employees in analysis report such as first name, Last name and member SSN.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

Further to the analysis of scenario that we asked you in LHP-Bay County Jira(WT-12503) about 1K, we scanned all production companies which have condition of cost less than FPL cost,line 14 code is 1A and minimum cost plan is conditional offer.
This is one of the affected companies and we have re-run the report.
Please refer to the latest run for verification.

We have compared the run with previous run and only change in the report is the change from 1A to 1K.
4 employees have been added in latest run as they where added with previous dates after last run was done.
We have attached comparison report of Employbridge as the report was getting timed out from UI. EmployBridge_ComparisonReport.xls .Password is the standard convention.

Hi all - could you please review and let me know why Rosa Rodriguez is not showing as having a form? Employee ID 50007236.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

While analyzing the issue, we found that in ACA Customization->EIN mapping, two records were there for same EIN but different eligibility rule. Out of these two,only one is in use.
As there were two EIN set, EIN change code, deleted these employees as they satisfy both EIN rules.
If there would have been a report for other rule,these employees would have come in that report.

We have excluded the unused EIN and re-run the report. Due to removal of unused EIN, around 150 employees have been added in the latest run.Also due to EIN change some of the employee codes have been changed too.
Please refer latest run "2/22/2018 4:09:59 AM" for verification.
The mentioned employee is present in the latest run.

Hi all - we've already sent the forms to the printer. Is it possible to get the consolidated run of just those 150 employees that were added so we can mail just those forms out?

We have re-run the forms and furnished consolidated report for only added employees.
Please refer attached sheet for Employee list. EmployBridge_EmployeeList.xls Password is the standard convention.
First tab of excel sheet contains employee list that have been added in latest run and 2nd tab contains employee list that have been deleted due to EIN change.Deleted employees are getting 1H/2A for all 12 months due to EIN change. These deleted employees were inactive in this EIN, so employees are getting 1H/2A for all 12 months.

In case if these deleted employees need to be added in the report,correction need to be applied for these employees.We can import previous codes of these employees and apply correction.Please let us know your views on this.
