We run 1095C report on Charleys from production.
Please refer latest run of 1095C report. refer attached checklist for more details.

NOTE - Most of the EEs are getting 1F code for line 14 as "Is Plan Minimum Value" is not selected on ACA customization. Please select it and let us know.

We run 1095C report on Charleys from production. We observed that EIN class mapping and Charleys 1095C Report eligibility rule is different.So we have changed the 1095C rule from ” 1095C Rule” to “16-1645441”.
