Hi all - why are we not showing all of the individuals on the covered tab? They are enrolled in the self insured plans -
Francisco Mendoza – covered Jan – May then in Dec
Diana Flores – covered Jan – Dec
Francisco Ortiz-Moreno – covered Jan-Dec

All these employees were enrolled in MEDPPO plan which is not self insured.Please refer ACA Customization screenshot.
Please see enrollment history of Francisco Mendoza.
As the plan is not self insured,Part III is not covered.
