            Observation: MEC indiactor is marked as 'NO' for all 12 months in data analysis report.

            All these employees were enrolled in MEDPPO plan which is not self insured.Please refer ACA Customization screenshot.

            Please see enrollment history of Francisco Mendoza.

            As the plan is not self insured,Part III is not covered.
