Hi all - I've done the attached corrections through the import and manually and when the forms are run, they default back to the codes prior to (example is the first one listed on the attached River file. Could you please upload both the River and Gulf files, re-run these two EINs and verify the changes are showing? Thanks!

As per expected attache correction sheet,codes are not reflecting rather showing 1G codes even though the correction import successfully & run by "Apply User Correction=Yes". So we are looking into this and we will let you know on tomorrow EOD.

This group has been re-run by applying correction. Please find the below run details for verification.

These employees were cobra employees and were enrolled in Cobra ACA plan since 2016.So these employees defaulted back to 1G even after code correction as priority for code 1G is higher.We have changed this and re-run the River report.Now employee is getting 1H/2B for whole month instead of 1G.Please refer latest run for verification.As one of the employees was corrected to code 1H/2A for all 12 months,he got deleted in latest run.We do not furnish form for employee whose codes are 1H/2A for all 12 months as it depicts that the employee was not with the company for whole year.
