Smita Pawar Ramya Tantry Hi all - for clients who have approved their forms and are ready for their 1094Cs, please advise the criteria for first name, last name, address, etc. for the file (i.e. the # of characters). Also, for the dummy socials, if the client doesn't have the social, can they leave as is and just let it err out with the IRS or can they remove the social and use the DOB? Please advise on both. Are we ready to start running the 1094s for those clients who have forms finalized?

Let me know in case you need additional information other than these.
If the Client does not have SSN,it is better to remove them and re- run the forms because if IRS will give schema error if uploaded with dummy SSN.
If SSN is removed ,then system will consider DOB automatically.
You can start running 1094C forms for the clients whose drafts are approved.

Further to the analysis of scenario that we asked you in LHP-Bay County Jira( WT-12503 ) about 1K, we scanned all production companies which have condition of cost less than FPL cost,line 14 code is 1A and minimum cost plan is conditional offer.
This is one of the affected companies and we have re-run the report.
Please refer to the latest run for verification.
We have compared the run with previous run and only change in the report is the change from 1A to 1K.
We have attached comparison report as it was getting timed out from UI. WNJ_ComparisonReport.xls .Password is the standard convention.
