            This group has been run. Please refer latest run dated "12/26/2017 3:10:56 AM" for verification.

            Note: In analysis report,for some of the months, MEC indicator is blank as EE count for those months is 0.
            Eligibility rule selected on report and EIN mapping were different.On report "Rit_Construct_All Employee Rule1" was selected.I have changed the rule to the rule selected in EIN mapping for this company.i.e Rule_29

            Hi all - the Ritter file came back Accepted with Errors from the IRS but one of the errors I"m not sure what it is.  It says - If Form 1094C checkbox 'AuthoritativeTransmittalInd' is checked and not all of the 'MinEssentialCvrOffrCd' (within JanALEMonthlyInfoGrp through DecALEMonthlyInfoGrp) have a choice of "Yes" or "No" indicated, then 'MinEssentialCvrOffrCd' (within 'YearlyALEMemberDetail') must have a choice of "Yes" or "No" indicated.  But when I check their 1094C form, I don't see this issue.  Please advise.  Thanks.

            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

            We have encountered such scenario first time for business rules '1094C-038-03' & '1094C-041-02'.
            In US Shale - 'Ritter 1094-C' report, 'Minimum Essential Coverage offer Indicator' is neither marked 'YES' nor 'NO' for
            Feb, Mar, Apr, May, June and Dec month because Total Employee Count for ALE Member and full time employee count is 0.

            As per current system implementation, if 'Total Employee Count for ALE Member' and 'full time employee count' is 0 for a month, then system does not
            mark anything on Minimum Essential Coverage offer Indicator on 1094-C report.

            As per our understanding, we think if Total Employee Count for ALE Member and full time employee count is 0 for a month
            then 'Minimum Essential Coverage offer Indicator' should not get marked.

            However we have marked 'Minimum Essential Coverage offer Indicator' for those months from '1094-C Correction Screen'.

            We have rerun 'Ritter 1094C' report. Please refer latest run '3/27/2018 3:14:05 AM' for your verification. If it is applicable, please finalize 1094-C report and generate IRS submission.

            Let us know your views on how this scenario should get handle so that we can get some information for our further analysis and development changes.

            Rest of the errors are TIN validation errors in Error analysis report.
