Hi all - could you please explain the 2G code for Olga Smoot for August? I cannot figure it out as she does not have the offer the entire month. I would have thought we would have used 2D. I kicked off an event for 8.1.17 and it defaults to 8.28.17 so definitely no offer.

Looking at the data of employee Olga Smoot, 1H/2D was given for 3 months from that month of hire(May).
As per implementation, system provides 1H/2D only for 3 months and an employee usually has offers from date of hire,but we overwrite them to 1H/2D as per new hire rules. Since system already provided 1H/2D for 3 months,as per the offers,codes got calculated for Aug month.

We have identified this scenario and added in our learning that 1H/2D should be given from date of hire till employee's effective date.In above employee's case,1H/2D will come for 4 months.

We have made changes to 1095C processing and re-run the report.Please refer latest run for verification.

We have spot checked some of the employees.
While verification, we found one employee "Brad A. Webster",whose codes need to be verified,As per data in the system, codes are correct.This employee's employment date was changed but status change date remained same.Please confirm his codes and make correction if applicable.

Due to employee addition and employee changes,Employee count has increased in this run.
