Hi all - the TSB 1094C was rejected by the IRS for EIN / company name mismatch.  The EIN was changed in WT and I re-ran / re-uploaded the file and the rejection file seems to be blank when I upload into the system.  Can you please check on this?  I've uploaded the error file.  Thanks!

If original transmission got rejected then we need to submit a submission with Transmission Type as Replacement.
PFA screen shot, which displays Transmission Type is selected as Correction.[AFI correction]

We have observed for 'Tri State Baking TSB' submission that, EIN mentioned on EIN mapping
screen is different than on the 1095-C report because of this we need to rerun 1095-C report also and finalize it.
To correct this we need to re-run 1095-C and 1094-C also and resubmit the submission with Transmission Type as Replacement.

PFA document 'Steps for Correction and Replacement for steps' to Submit Replacement. Let us know, if you need any additional information.
