Hi all - I removed the PERS_BlueShield_HMO plan from the customization as it should not be included in the ACA calculations. When I did that, almost all of the employees in class PS and POA changed from a 1A to a 1E which is what I expected to see. However, there are a handful of employees for a single month in the POA class that are showing 1A. When I do a QE for those months, I do not see why they are getting a 1A. Please review and advise. Thanks!

These employees are getting 1A in the months they were terminated.In this scenario,employee has a plan for whole month in which they were termed,but their sub-rate got terminated on the day in which they were terminated.So these plans become eligible to the employee with $0 cost for that month as we check the cost on end of the month.

I raised an QE of event date having date post their termination on two employees from above list and enroll now shows ACA plans with $0 cost.Please find attached screenshot.

Please correct the codes of these employees if required.

Hi all - I added in eight new forms on the Corrections tab for Retirees that need to be added to the run. I re-ran the forms with the user correction checked and they are not showing up. Could you please look into this? Retirees are listed on the attached screenshot.

While doing correction corresponding EIN was not selected, hence Retiree employees were not included in the
previous run. We have selected EIN's for below mentioned employee.

1.Bills, Robert
2.Blevins, Jon
3.Flores, Elias
4.Garrisi Garland
5.Marler Gary
6.Mathews James
7.Rose Michael
8.Smith, Guy

Now these employees are in latest run.
Please refer latest run '3/22/2018 2:52:12 AM' to download report.

Hi all - why is Kerri Julian not in the last two runs? I don't see anything that changed her record but she isn't included in the run from 3/21 or 3/22.

Hi Jennifer Leugers,

EE Kerri Julian's status was changed to retired on 11/1/2017.
As per system implementation,We mark the employee part time from the following month of termination or retirement.
Due to this,if any employee is termed/retired on 1st day of the month,then for that month they will get 1A/1E code if offer is present and 2B/2C as per enrollment/offer.
As termination happened on 1st day of the month and she had a retiree offer for Nov month. she was earlier furnished a form in previous runs.
But as mentioned in a comment of Town of Cary (Click here for comment), if an employee is retired,then that employee should have 1H/2A irrespective of retiree offer.
Same explanation is also given for JE-Dunn (Click here for comment)
We have incorporated this change in the system and as this employee had retiree offer, she got 1H/2A for all 12 months which caused her report to be deleted from the run.

However, we have added this employee in latest run.Please refer latest run for verification.
Also please let us know what should be the behavior of the system,in case of this scenario.

All - this doesn't make sense to me though because she was in previous runs after she was already changed to Retiree. So why was she in the previous runs?

When an employee has only retiree offer, they should get 1H/2A for those months.

When this scenario was first found in Town of Cary,we made changes in this company to furnish the forms.

Later on same scenario was found in JE-Dunn.So we incorporated this change in the system. As Yuba City's report was run before we incorporated the changes,this employee came in previous runs.
