These employees are getting 1A in the months they were terminated.In this scenario,employee has a plan for whole month in which they were termed,but their sub-rate got terminated on the day in which they were terminated.So these plans become eligible to the employee with $0 cost for that month as we check the cost on end of the month.
I raised an QE of event date having date post their termination on two employees from above list and enroll now shows ACA plans with $0 cost.Please find attached screenshot.
