Hi all - this group conditionally offers coverage to the spouse based on if the spouse has coverage elsewhere. If they aren't eligible elsewhere, they are eligible for the plans through Fazoli. If they answer that they do have coverage elsewhere, then we show them the plan that shows "child only" under the dependents field. This is creating a 1C on the employees forms when they should be 1K for all. We will need this fixed for all employees. I've also removed the Part Time class so once the 1C is correct, please re-run the forms. This is the same on all of EINs for this group. I'll update each of the tickets. This needs to be done tonight if at all possible as the client has quite a few that need to be reviewed. They are also having the 2D issue on the analysis with the cost showing (for some months / employees).

Question: 2D issue on the analysis with the cost showing (for some months / employees).

Answer: When we process any employee's eligibility, he becomes eligible for offers from his effective date.E.g. If an employee is hired on 4/15 and he is effective from 4/15 then we process offers and cost from this date.Later we process 1H-2D codes based on 'New Hire/Rehire Rules' on the company. So we update 1H/2D codes for those months
where New Hire /Rehire apply. Hence cost remains as it is. This does not show up on 1095-C report.

The report was creating 1C because,for Cobra ACA Plans,conditional offer was not selected.We have selected spouse Conditional offer of all ACA plans.Now all employees are getting 1K.
