Hi Jennifer Leugers,
To resolve this problem, please send 'ACA TIN Validation Error Report' also to client.
These TIN validation errors needs to get corrected not only for employees but also for his dependents.
This issue is due to data mismatch of Last name, First name, Middle initials or SSN in IRS database. As these errors are present in submission you are receiving submission status as 'Accepted with Error'.
This is just our suggestion. ask client to double check the information and if Client still believes there is no error, have his employees contact IRS customer service who can direct them properly.
Note: Please send Tab-2 'ACA 1095C Discrepancy Report' if errors are present in report and Tab -4 'ACA TIN Validation Error Report' to client.
If you need still more clarification we can schedule a call. Let us know, your convenient time for call.
Thanks,
Smita
All - sorry but I'm confused. All of the files for Austin were "Accepted with Errors" by the IRS. You've confirmed above that the only tab that needs to go to the client to fix is the second tab (ACA 1095C Discrepancy Report). But on the EIN for Industrial Services, that tab does not exist yet it was also "Accepted with Errors" by the IRS. Could you please look into this? I'm not sure what we need to send to the client as their "actual" errors. Also in my original comments about Bridge & Road, there are a lot more individuals listed on the first tab then the second tab but you stated above to only send the second tab. I just need to really verify that information as it doesn't make sense to me.
