            We have run "2017 ACA 1095 C" 1095C report, find attached check list IRS 1095-C_CityOfDenton_Checklist.xls for more details.

            Hi all - I don't see the "regular" correction templates loaded for this group. As such, could you please load the attached? I do see some 1G listed for a couple months only so know there will be a bad file but the whole file errs out when I try to use the one on the site and when I look at the template, it is not the same that we've been using. PW is standard.

            Hi Jennifer Leugers,

            We have cloned the correct templates from other company to this company.

            We have imported the files.There is bad file for Part II.One of the employees is not present.Please find attached bad file.Password is the standard convention. Bad_ACA 1095C Correction Import File Part II02_02_2018 02_07_04 AM.xls

            For Part III,one of the digits of spouse's SSN was was different than one present in DB.
            Employee name : Felix Vargas
            Spouse name: Yuriana Elizabethan Rico
            We have corrected it and imported the files.There is no bad file for Part III.

            The report has been run after correction import.
            Please refer latest run dated : 2/2/2018 2:30:58 AM for verification.

            We have verified following employees
            1. Caleb Kile
            2. Joel Wood
            3. Felix Vargas

            Note: If 1G is given for some months,then it would apply for all 12 months.
            From IRS Site:
            Code 1G applies for the entire year or not at all. Therefore, if code 1G applies, an ALE Member must enter code 1G on line 14 in the “All 12 Months” column or in each separate monthly box (for all 12 months)

            Hi all - client came back with additional changes that need to be made but believe there is an import issue with the new UI. I tried it in both IE and Chrome and when I go to Bulk Correction under the ACA Settings tab, there is nothing to select under the Templates. Please load the attached files (Part II and Part III) and run the forms (I added AA to the standard password convention as the new number is too short). Please also have someone on the new UI team research to see if this is an issue with the UI across all clients. Thanks!

            We have imported code correction.
            Its seems that 'Freezing of Bulk import screen' is newly introduced bug.
            We added same in our 2018 learning ticket. We will work on same if it got approved.

            We have rerun reports after code correction.
            Please refer latest run '3/23/2018 7:08:21 AM' to download report.

            Sample employee verified are as follows.
            1. Conduff Michael
            2. Romine Shawn T
            3. Patricia Blalock
            4. May Toby
            5. Gary Craig

            In case of Part II import, 2 employees got in bad file due to 'Invalid Record: Member doesn't exist.' and in case of Part III import
            3 employees got bad in file due to 'Invalid Record: Member doesn't exist.'

            We have checked issue on 2 Hspl companies, we observed same problem there.
