We have imported code correction.
Its seems that 'Freezing of Bulk import screen' is newly introduced bug.
We added same in our 2018 learning ticket. We will work on same if it got approved.
We have rerun reports after code correction.

In case of Part II import, 2 employees got in bad file due to 'Invalid Record: Member doesn't exist.' and in case of Part III import
3 employees got bad in file due to 'Invalid Record: Member doesn't exist.'

We have checked issue on 2 Hspl companies, we observed same problem there.
We are analyzing same in detail and will update you on same and provide fix if necessary in future sprint.
