Please find below 3C's for this issue -

Concern : Employee workflow- Back button not working for Employment management and payroll page

Cause : On these both pages grid is present. To bind/ load these grids we call _SystemFormGrid.cshtml.
This file contains a js function "Back()" which missed code to go back in workflow.

Correction : Same Back() function also presents in _EmployeeProfileForm.cs, hence removed duplicate Back() Js function from _SystemFormGrid.cshtml.
