Hello Development Team,
Saint Mary HR reported terminated employees who didn't pass over to HR Simplified. They already forwarded Amber Senator to the carrier and a packet is being mailed out. Nothing being sent out yet for Amy Siporen, because we can use her as an example for the bug. Both were terminated with status change reason Involuntary Termination. Can you check to see if there's any issues with the configuration on the backend, then re-trigger Amy Siporen to go on next file along with her dependents?
There's also an issue I notice with the global template Prime Healthcare_NEW HR Simplified COBRA DEPENDENT_Group. The view history page is empty with message No record Found and also previous run dates are gone except 3/8/2018. Let me know if you need additional info.
Thank you,
Alex

Concern: Terminated employee did not go over COBRA file
Cause: When active employee becomes terminated then system stores this transition of status change and export uses this stored information to send it on file.
However in some cases, this information is not getting saved properly and such employees are missing out on cobra file.
Workaround: While we are still analyzing issue and finding root cause, we have a workaround in which we are planning to deploy a 'database trigger' which will capture all terminations and issue will not occur on future files.
For records which are already missed, export team has started working on getting a separate cobra file for missing records and will provide it to respective EDI analyst in this week.
