Alex Nguyen Hey Alex, bug tickets needed to be created in the WB project not WD. WD is only used by development, and we want to make sure we don't lose your bug ticket. I will convert this for you to the WB project, but wanted to let you know which one to use for bugs moving forward.

For Employee Amber Senator, System did not capture the termination, We are working on this and will update you ASAP.

For Employee Amy Siporen We have checked the view history and found that current status of Employee is active, So this will not export on COBRA file.

Template Prime Healthcare_NEW HR Simplified COBRA DEPENDENT_Group has been deleted by mistake from @Van,
So we have created it again and set the rundate from EDI Utility as 3/8/2018.

Thank you Rakesh Shahane for the update. My apology, please disregard Amy Siporen. The terminated employee with the issue is actually Angelique Manis who terminated on 02/23/2018 (transaction 02/22/2018 12:29:40 PM). Sorry I must have mistakenly copied Amy Siporen into the ticket somehow. So the two affected are Amber Senator and Angelique Manis terminated with reason Involuntary Termination. Keep in mind, you won't need to send a notice out to Amber Senator because it's already been done manually by the client. She won't need to be on the next file, but you can use her and Angelique as samples for the bug. Angelique will need a notice/packet.

We have checked the details of employee and found the same discrepancy, That system did not capture the term. We suspect there are other terminated Employees are missing too, So We are scanning the data and will update you ASAP.

Satya We need to duplicate this with WB-236 and pickup WB-236 in Sprint 45, which should cover both tickets.

Concern: Terminated employee did not go over COBRA file

Cause: When active employee becomes terminated then system stores this transition of status change and export uses this stored information to send it on file.
However in some cases, this information is not getting saved properly and such employees are missing out on cobra file.

Workaround: While we are still analyzing issue and finding root cause, we have a workaround in which we are planning to deploy a 'database trigger' which will capture all terminations and issue will not occur on future files.
For records which are already missed, export team has started working on getting a separate cobra file for missing records and will provide it to respective EDI analyst in this week.

This issue duplicates to WB-236. Please refer updates in linked JIRA ticket.
