Cause : On 6th and 13th march demographic files got imported. Entries got inserted into employee table. Payroll table entries are missing for reported employees. We have scanned this company and found that there are 24 such employees. PFA employee list.
This error is occurred because payroll information is not added through import for attached list of EE's

Correction : We need to insert payroll entries for 24 employees from scanned list and execute back end routines after that.

We need to add payroll information for these employee's. Could you please load latest payroll data for these employee's or you can provide it to us. so that we will import it.

Dev will update you on the root cause of why payroll information not added through import.

Per the client:
The first 4 people on the list terminated years ago, so we don’t need to do anything with their records. The rest of the people on the list were on our 500 files submitted on 3/13/18 and 3/6/18 with their annual salaries included in the last column of the spreadsheet. If you need me to re-submit those 500 files on your FTP site or if you need additional information to fix those records, let me know.

This error is occurred because payroll information is not added through import Employee_Not_Have_Payroll (1).zip . We need to add payroll information for these employee's. Could you please load latest payroll data for these employee's or you can provide it to us. so that we will import it.

Following up on above comments, Do you have employee payroll information for the attached?. That need to load to avoid error for these employees

darryn.carter This has been corrected. Cindy loaded the last file and it corrected the payroll info

Dev Has checked cause of employee payroll was not added through import and found import got failed due to this employee payroll information was not added in system. Please refer WB-583 IN DEVELOPMENT JIRA, which we have update details and code fix will move under WB-583 IN DEVELOPMENT .
