Observed an issue as below
When all company level templates are deleted in a group template. Template doesn't get displayed in search results. When tried to create a group template with same name then on saving the template information page it shows 'Template Already exists' message and doesn't allow us to create the template with that name .
Expected Result: When all company templates in the group templates are deleted then group template should be permanently deleted and doesn't get stored at the back end

Issue is Fixed on Production.
Concern :
WT-11625Export > Unable to create a group template with same name if all selected company level templates are deleted.Cause : Though company level templates are deleted at company level, created group template is still exists in database,that is why due to validation ,it is not allowing anyone to create group template with same name.
Correction : Now, group template will be visible though all its company level template are deleted.
