San Luis Obispo - Column Header is not pulling correctly

      Description

      When pulling the AFLAC Certification New CRITIAL ILLNESS CERTIFICATION: I Certify I am Actively as work. If electing spouse coverage... on a standard report the column header is cutting off (see below) and it is inserting "SPCHAR511134" It also does the same thing on the other question for Accident.

      I don't know if there is a character limit but if there is can we increase it.

          I apologize I closed this ticket too soon.  Can you please do the same thing you did on the Critical illness certification to the second question on the same page for Accident.  I did not realize we had the same issue with that question.
