We have verified this issue by navigation on the same page and also by importing and exporting the file in Prod. Here we observed that it's working as expected. Hence closing the JIRA.

Concern: While importing ACA 1095C correction codes, go to Bulk Correction under the ACA Settings tab, there is nothing to select under the Templates

Cause: This issue occurred after UI Refresh build as ACA is now a separate module.Page level access for Import under ACA module was missing.

Correction: We will be adding 2 entries of page level access for Import under ACA module.
