Form Builder - Form visible to employee level even after it deleted from system

Steps to repro -

Login - Partner / Broker

1) Create Additional form . (Select Add form in Menu so it will visible at employee level)
2) Observe that Form is available at Employee Level Additional form.
3) Now delete that form and again observe that Form is still available at Employee Level Additional form.
4) Also on Click on that form system throws server error.
