City of Merced & Blaise - Server Errors

Hi,

This ticket is a similar issue among 2 different companies: City of Merced & Blaise.

Could you please have development look at `Qualifying Events’ and ` Terminate Dependent Benefits’ in the BenAdmin dropdown for Blaise and City of Merced in Pre-Production? When accessing these menus I am receiving the attached “Server Errors” for both functions.

BenAdmin:

`Qualifying Events’  turns into a Server Error screen as soon as you click on it.

When in a test employees home screen (i.e.: Blaise, DIVORCE TEST), the BenAdmin : `Terminate Dependent Benefits’  allows you to choose the dependent you would like to terminate benefits for, but when you click on that dependents name, the Server Error screen appears.
