Say Benefit Type A - Emp Life
Benefit Type B - Emp Supp Life
Benefit Type C - Child Life
Scenario 1 :
Benefit Type C has benefit type contingency as - Contingent benefit rule – Eligible if NOT enrolled in any selected contingent benefit type [Benefit Type A and Benefit Type B are selected]
1. log in as employee
2. enroll in type A
3. waive type B
Actual Result : Type C should be shown to employee - it is not shown
Scenario 2 :
Benefit Type C has benefit type contingency as - Contingent benefit rule – Eligible if NOT enrolled in ALL selected contingent benefit type [Benefit Type A and Benefit Type B are selected]
1. log in as employee
2. enroll in type A
3. waive type B
Actual Result : Type C should not be shown to employee - it is shown
Plan Level Contingency is not set here.

As we discussed and shown to you, this is getting reproduced with the same steps mentioned above.
Please let me know if you need any further help to reproduce it once again when you start working on

Please find Cs below
| Concern | Benefit Type Contingency of type 'Not Enrolled in' doesn't work properly |
| Cause | Count for the already enrolled elections were not calculated properly |
| Correction | I've added code to consider accurate count of enrolled elections |
| Mitigation | Benefit Type Level Contingency, Plan Level Contingency and Combination of both must be tested thoroughly. Also Contingency should be tested for Import/Export |

We will be taking this for testing soon - as Issues and Enhancements got deployed on Production with the Production Build are at priority
This is tested on WT Stage - JambaJuice - 13th Sept 2016
This works perfectly through UI - needs to be tested with import - hence assigning it to Rahsmita further
testing in progress
Verified through Import.
for both contingency:
Say Benefit Type A - Emp Life
Benefit Type B - Emp Supp Life
Benefit Type C - Child Life :Set contingency on child plan
1] Contingent benefit rule – Eligible if NOT enrolled in any selected contingent benefit type
If Employee is enrolled in Plan A or Plan B the Plan C is not eligible file kicked out to bad and showing correct message
2]Contingent benefit rule – E*ligible if NOT enrolled in ALL selected contingent benefit *
If Employee is enrolled in Plan A and Plan B the Plan C is not eligible file kicked out to bad and showing correct message
But If employee is enrolled in plan A only or Plan B only then Plan C is eligible and file imported successfully.
Working fine as expected
Verified this issue through UI and Through Import for both contingent.
and i found different result please check attached sheet and confirm whcih scenario is failed and which is passed.
I am hoping with this fix following problem faced in JE DUNN Production will also be getting fixed -
System showed employee 2016 Medical Flexible Spending plan though he was enrolled in Medical Blue Saver plan and waived his HSA

I've tried to reproduce this bug in local. But Its not getting reproduced.
