      • Employee is not new hire or rehired
      • no QE is on
      • company level effective date rule is set as End of Month

      employee logged in and completed his Plan Wise OE - went on enroll now page

      Server Error

      Also do let me know - if no effective date rule is set - plan wise OE is on - what effective date system takes for the plan
