      Description

      Henny Penny for HSPl
      Stage

      • make a LIFE plan - this is auto enrolled plan - have the customization as per the attached screenshot [you may do it as flat amount or salary multiple]
      • assign rates / or do not assign it
      • make plan eligible for newly added employee and go on employee's enroll now screen

Actual Result : Employee is getting auto enrolled in the plan with maximum amount !
I was expecting employee will get auto enrolled in the plan with the lowest coverage offered flat amount which is 2000 in this case
Employee got enrolled with 50000 which is the maximum amount [min = 1000]
When this I tried with range flat amount - Rage is 2000 3000 4000 . Min = 1000 Max = 5000 then employee got auto enrolled in the same plan with cost 2000 which is the min cost in the range flat amounts

          Hi Alankar Chavan,

As per discussion with Amruta Lohiya, when the plan is auto enrolled and customised as offered amount, then in this case Maximum coverage ,Minimum coverage and Flat amount should be same and there should be only one flat amount in the offered amount section. This is ideal customization for this scenario.

We have scanned all companyies on production and found City of Oceanside is having Offer Amount plus core plan customization stated as above.

You can refer following plans :

          -Basic Life - Class 3
          -Basic Life - Class 4
          -Basic Life - Class 5
          -Basic AD&D - Class 3
          -Basic AD&D - Class 4
          -Basic AD&D - Class 5
          -CalPERS Beneficiary
          -CAPF
          -CLEA Long Term Disability

So as per current system implemenation this is wrong customization.

          Thanks and Regards,
          Abhilash Warkari
