Stage: New Hire/ ReHire Rule The field "Use Alternate Waiting Period for Rehires" is not working as expected.

The field "Use Alternate Waiting Period for Rehires" is not working as expected. Ideally the the field should delay the window period for the number of days mentioned in text field. Presently the any number in it is not affection the window period for Re-Hire employee.
