I almost spent 8 hours in analysis,coding & unit testing for this bug as I had to consider it for all benefit types.
Please let me know if you need any additional information on this.

I Have verified this issue on Lb Environment And it not resolved.
Waiver Button Still showing in Employee workflow
Refer Benefit type customization and Enroll now screen.

1. keep benefit type required as yes
2. keep multiple selection allow as yes on benefit type page
3. log in as employee and go on above benefit type enroll now page
Actual Result : employee is able to waive all the benefit plans under above benefit type
Expected Result: Employee should be waived plan or waiver button should not be view-able to employee.
