WT -> Transit Regression -> Wrong costs by employee log in in case of transit health tiers customization

• make the plan customization as per the attached screen shot
• make this plan forced contingent on medical plan
• enroll employee by partner
• shows right costs on employee enrollment screens

• when logged in as employee and went on enroll now screen - it showed all the wrong costs - after selecting de selecting sub plans - system started showing negative values
