As per above mention customisation.
showing correct cost through partner and employee login.
working fine as expected.

while testing found other issues follow below steps:

1]Enrolled in the transit plan with both sub plan
2]Unchecked sub plan it showing -0.01 Employee cost on Stage
3]Unchecked sub plan it showing 0.01 Employer cost on LB
