Regression:- checkbox present besides the text Categories does not function properly in Forms Library

      Description

      Steps:-
      1] Search and select company
      2] Click on BenAdmin Tile.
      3] Click on Forms Library option for Customizer sub menu.
      4] Try to check and uncheck the checkbox present besides the text categories and observe.

      Actual Result:-
      The check and uncheck on the checkbox present besides the text categories doe not work at all.

      Expected Result:-
      The checkbox present besides the text Categories should check all the categories present in the grid and should uncheck if it is unchecked.
