Regression:- Forms Library --> Reset button not functioning properly on Edit or Add new form page.

Steps:-
1] Search and select company
2] Click on BenAdmin Tile.
3] Click on Forms Library option for Customizer sub menu.
4] Mouse hover any category and click on add or edit option.
5] Do some changes and click on save and observe.

Actual Result:-
Reset button not working on add or edit form page.

Expected Result:-
Reset button should revert all the changes done on the page.
