Steps:
1. provide a benefit type with it's Spanish name
2. EE login - Spanish
3. Traverse SSM
Actual Result : System does not show Enroll now page
Expected: System should show Enroll now page.

Concern: When EE login in Spanish language enroll now page is missing
Cause: the Spanish translation of "Enroll Now" is "EInscrÃbase ahora" on LB But on stage it is
"EInscrÃÂbase ahora" that's why Enroll Now page removed when we login with Spanish
localization on stage.
Correction: We have fixed this issue

I have verified this issue for "For QA JE Dunn" Company. This issue is working fine.

Cause: In workflow hard coded "Enroll Now" text is compared with "EInscrÃbase ahora"(Enroll Now in Spanish) text that's why Enroll Now page removed when we login with Spanish localization.
Correction: We have fixed this issue
