Description

Replication Steps :

1] Login to the "Coshocton" company on Production.
2] Search any employee>Manage Employee. [ JENNIFER ADAMS / BENJAMIN ADAMS ]
3] Navigate to View History, select Document Sub Type as - Spouse Eligibility Verification.
4] Click on "Search" button.

Scanerios:
1.Added new additional form "Your enrollment start here" and "spouse eligibility verification" - added form shown in document sub type->Pass
2.enter mandatory field and verified view history for : "Your enrollment start here" , "spouse eligibility verification" and "preliminary questionnaire " ->Pass
3.Select all additional fields and all users and verified search button functionality->Pass
4.Verified print view history button functionality->Pass
5.Verified reset button functionality->Pass

Working properly.
Ready for stage.
