10.List B: Documents that establish Identity
11.Document Title - Day care or nursery school record
12.Supporting document title- Driver License
13.Issuing Authority - AK
14.Document Number - LU
15.Expiration Date - 05/15/2017
16.Fill other mandatory details and click on Save
17.Now run New Hire I9s report

Actual - Issuing authority id populated on screen

Expected - It should display correct issuing name on report
