Concern : ATC - Unable to turn on tiles in stage

Cause : Include function is not supported by IE browser

Correction : Replace that function by another function which is supported by IE browser.

For UIRefresh this function is used on only 1 page, but for LB the function used multiple times, so this issue reopened.

This is now deployed on the local environment, please check and let us know.

We have this issue on Production for RSC and Ledcor. These groups are live and need to have the tiles and widgets. Can this be fixed from the back end until this issue is resolved?
