Please see the attached screenshot. Can you please tell me why the note is on the top of the page.
The note doesn't make sense on the terminate employee screen. It seems that the note applies more the change coverage date screen.
Please advise because it is very confusing to the end user

Hi Debbie Kulling,
The Note appearing on 'Terminate Employment' page is for the plans which get populated after selecting the termination reason.
The same note appears on two more pages:
1. Terminate Plan elections
(Please refer the screen shot below)
2. Terminate as never effective
(Please refer the screen shot below)
If required the note from 'Terminate Employment' page can be removed
OR
The note can be added after selecting the fields on this page.
Please let us know for the approach on this issue.

The note you have in the screen shot is different from the note I posted. Was a change made to the note?

The note you have mentioned is on the page 'Terminate Employment'
The Note is different but they all suggest that the disable plans can't be terminated.
In the screenshot of 'Terminate Employment' which you have shared there are plans populated once we select the termination reason.
The note on this page is for the plans
Please let us know for any issues.

The note has been removed from Terminated Employment page. It'll deploy on LB with next patch.

Verified on LB through Partner and Admin Login.
Now, Note is not exist on Terminate Employment Page.
Working Fine.
