      Description

      Replication Steps :
      1) SA Login
      2) Navigate to Global level Standard Report
      3) Clone existing report

      Issue : Cloned Report created properly but exiting report are not exist.

            3C's:
            Cause: Global Report - Standard Report - Clone Report Functionality is not working.
            Concern: While clone existing report (Standard) report Id not set to zero. Due to this it was working like as update functionality (only report title update happened).
            Correction: handled case to reset new report Id

            Affected Areas: All Types of Reports - Clone functionality ( Global Level, Company Level)

            Affected Files:
            /BenAdmin/Areas/Report/Controllers/CommonReportsController/CommonReportsController.cs
            /BenAdmin/Areas/Report/Models/CloneReportModel/CloneReportModel.cs
            /BenAdmin/Areas/Report/Views/Report/CommonReports/ReportsGrid.cshtml

            Tested Scenarios:
            1. Verified clone funcationlity of all types of reports.
            2. verified preview, save functionality of cloned reports as well as existing report (i.e. Reports cloned from)
            3. Verified new created, Existing reports appear or not in Report grid list.
            4. Verified delete report functionality.
