      Login: Partner

      1.Login as Partner
      2.Home->Company Home->Benadmin->Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC)
      3.Enter value field and click on add button also verify functionality of edit and delete button

      Actual Result: Add, edit and delete button not working.
      Expected Result: Add, edit and delete button should be work properly.
