      Description

      When adding new Plan Design Health Tier Mapping
      filled Mapping Name or Start date or end date

      one pop up will come after every vale inserted

      Do you want to apply this Policy Number for all tiers?

      if we click on ok button then the value which we inserted for Mapping Name or Start date or end date

      it will reflected on Policy Number which is wrong refer attached screen shots
