Replication Steps:
Preconditions: Apply Contingent Eligibility Rule on HSA Plan for HDHP Plan
(Set Contingent plan rule: Enrollment required if enrolled in ANY selected contingent plan designs)
1.Login with EE
2.Go to Enroll now
3.Go to Medical plan > Do not make any enrollment for HDHP Plan
4.Go to HSA plan by clicking continue
Actual: HSA plan is appearing & can be enrolled into it
Expected: HSA plan should not appear as per contingency rule is applies.

did you test it using the employee mentioned in WT-10419? I cannot go back to them with "cannot reproduce"

Please find below details:
We tested this issue for EE JENNIFER HUDSON, If on HSA plan only plan wise force contingency is there, then it is not working properly.
We are working on this issue.
As of now, with following work around given issue is resolved. PFA screen shot. Please do these customization change on main company.

Please find below details:
We have checked this and as per current system implementation, Only Enrollment Required contingency rule for plan level is not working. It requires *Eligible If or Enrollment Required contingency rule on benefit level and with suggested customization we have verified this issue, it's working well.
Note: This is because if there is only 'enrollment required' on plan level and EE is waiving parent plan then child plan is not getting terminated.

I am confused on what the customization is supposed to be. The screenshot above does not make sense to me. We have never set these plans up like this

Company name: TotalWorks For HSPL
Environment : stage
Employee: ACKERMAN RICK , ADSUARA THOMAS
We tested this issue for these employee,HSA plan should be appear as per contingency rule is applies, working as expected.
