      3.Visit W4 form - select NRA status No
      4.Save form
      5.Application redirect to next page
      6.Come back to W4 form
      7.Select NRA status Yes
      8.Now log in with partner
      9.Search EE
      10.Navigate to EE W4 form View history

      Actual- Below message in displayed in description
      IsEmployeeNRA 'False' was changed to 'True'.

      Expected- IsEmployeeNRA 'No' was changed to 'Yes'.

            We have verified this point on Stage - LONG For HSPL and observed that it's working as expected.It will move with WT-10358 to production.
