- Go to the Plan Design Health Tier Mapping
- Select any plan and keep Spouse or Child Policy No blank and save
- Now go to SA Utility Health Tier Policy ReCalc Screen
- Recalculate HealthTier Policy No
- Spouse or Child Policy No shows NULL text .
Expected: if Spouse or Child Policy No are blank in Plan Design Health Tier Mapping then it should be blank in SA Utility Health Tier Policy ReCalc Screen

Concern: NULL text Appear while updating existing Policy No.
Cause: Code is missing to update the NULL text
Correction: We have fixed code for this
